It is a no diet format that works my introducing your body to healthy nutrients. It is called The Gabriel Method named after its founder Jon Gabriel. I have only been on his program now for one week and have lost 6 pounds. Unlike diets where you reduce either calorie, carbohydrates, or drink shakes this program wants you to eat what you are craving. First let me give you a little history of the man who invented this life changing way of weight loss.</p>

<p>Jon is like many of us who have tried every diet under the sun, and it is called yo-yo weight loss. It is because you lose weight then you gain it back, try again and the same results happen, and actually you gradually gain more weight than before. Jon was one of these people, and actually he weighed 410 pounds at one time. That is when he decided to change his approach to weight loss. Being a student at the University of Pennsylvania he did extensive studies in the field of biochemistry doing research with a renowned biochemist. Jon applied what he learned to weight loss and why we gain weight.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The whole theory behind his program is to get people eating the right foods to turn off what he calls the “Fat Programs”. In his book he writes about how during mans early times dating back to cave man era, our bodies where programmed to turn on these “Fat Programs” to keep warm and survive famine. His whole program in a nutshell is about today’s society not needing these “Fat Programs” turned on because we don’t suffer from freezing or famine. We must reprogram our subconscious mind to turn off these fat programs and eat the right foods. He tells about how processed foods destroy the nutrients our bodies need. By doing these things, our bodies can begin lose weight by taking in the right nutrients.</p>

<p>The total transformation program contains audio visualizations that you listen to before you go to bed at night, they help you go to sleep and gradually reprogram your subconscious mind. There are also included morning visualizations to help with the mind set to lose weight.</p>

<p>My opinion of this weight loss technique is that I believe that Jon is right on track with this program, as many people can testify to their own weight loss after following his steps to a healthier lifestyle. Already in the short time I have been using his weight loss plan, I feel better about my transformation with a positive mental attitude. My suggestion to anyone that has been on any yo-yo style weight loss diet plan to give The Gabriel Method a try, from what I see, it only makes sense. For those of you that think this might be just another diet plan, think again this is a total reprogramming of the way you approach what you put in your body by losing weight naturally and healthy.</p>
